Feeling good about ourselves is something we all aim to achieve, and since happiness comes from within, working out—on top of eating healthy and practicing positive self-care—can be the best way to do just that. But finding the time and motivation to stay fit, or simply get started, can be challenging most days—and that’s why we sometimes look to others to give us that push to get our booties out the door and to the gym.
When we see others feeling good about themselves and taking the time to treat their bodies well all while promoting healing boundaries and kindness, it inspires us to do the same, which is why we’ve rounded up eight female athletes that give us major fitspo that won’t make you feel bad about yourself, all just a click away.
