This one has got to be one of the top “Must Try” POC brands on this list. Owned by a Black Dermatologist, Dr. Howard formulated products that work to relieve itchy dry scalps, promote growth and eliminate odor. You can find Girl and Hair products at Target, Sally Beauty, Amazon, and many more. Not to mention the packaging is so cute and their customers are RAVING. Briogeo

We couldn’t not include Briogeo. Not only do they have a wide range of products for all natural hair types, but their efforts to create clean and conscious products have also made a huge difference for their customers. They use mostly natural performing ingredients, have a no ingredient black list, and create all their products cruelty-free. Briogeo also has a blog on their website where employees, creators, and working professionals share their hair care tips.
